Boa localização quer para passeios a pé ao centro quer como base para visitar a ilha de carro.
A casa tem tudo o que se precisa incluindo wi-fi.
O supermercado no predio é útil e não se nota barulho.
De notar os mimos á chegada e a simpatia da dona Carmo.

Achámos o apartamento muito cómodo e em excelente estado.
É relativamente perto do centro da cidade, cerca de 10/15 minutos a pé.
Tem supermercado no piso térreo do prédio, muito útil para compras do dia-a-dia.
É fácil encontrar estacionamento perto da casa.
De salientar a óptima hospitalidade da Sra. Carmo.
Não tem internet mas por vezes conseguimos aceder a uma rede wireless.

Apartamento muito bom,muito limpo e boms quartos,a 15min a pé do centro.O preco por dia tambem é bom e vale o dinheiro,vomos muito bem recebidos e recomendo a todos.

Para quem quer ficar no centro da cidade e, ao mesmo tempo, usufruir do silêncio e do sossego, este apartamento é uma boa escolha. Espaçoso, organizado e equipado com tudo quanto é necessário, é perfeito para uns dias confortáveis em família. Para compras de emergência há um supermercado de bairro mesmo à mão, para as compras
maiores há um centro comercial com todas as lojas de
marcas conhecidas, nacionais e internacionais. Depois de
uma breve caminhada chega-se facilmente às piscinas
municipais, à marina e à Avenida junto ao mar onde
abundam o comércio e os restaurantes.
Os proprietarios sao muito simpaticos,o meu muito obrigado a D.Maria do Carmo,tudo correu muito bem,e aquele vinhozinho abafado assim como as uvas,ficarao na minha memoria.
Bem hajam e quem sabe....ate para o ano...

We had a great time in Ponta Delgada, partly because of our accommodation.
We found everything as described, the kitchen was fully furnished, we could prepare everything we wanted. The holiday home is spacious, enough space for 2, but 4 could be accommodated easily too.
The place is near to the speedway, a must, if you are planing to discover the whole island by car. Plenty of fliers were given to us, to plan our island visit on the spot.
Most of the sights of Ponta Delgada are within walking distance.
There is a rather small grocery store in the same building, but Parque Atlantico is just a few minutes driver, or a 15 minutes walk, where a Continente with long opening hours serve the customers of Ponta Delgada.
The only downside of the apartment is the internet. 10EUR/10hours is a pretty expensive way to log in.
All in all we would not hesitate to return here, or to recommend it to any of our friends!

We prefer apartments to hotels, and this one ranks as one of the best we have stayed at. It is located on the second floor of a small block of apartments, conveniently above a small supermarket. The area is quiet and safe at night. Whilst it is only a 5 minutes taxi journey from the airport, we were not disturbed by the noise of aircraft, most of which were inter-island propeller planes operated by SATA during the daytime. The apartment is a 10 - 15 minutes walk from the centre of Ponta Delgada, and the same distance from a large modern shopping mall (the 'Parque Atlantico'). Carmo, the owner, was very helpful: she was at the apartment to receive us, and gave us her phone number if we needed her advice or assistance. The apartment was clean and tidy, and well-equipped. It has two bedrooms, and a spacious lounge with a balcony overlooking the street. There is Wifi and a TV although it only has Portuguese channels (we watched some of the soaps to improve our knowledge of the language!). The kitchen has all mod cons, and the cooker consists of a gas hob and electric grill/oven. There is bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Hot water is constantly on tap. If you rent a car during your stay, as we did, on-street parking space is readily available. We would happily stay at the apartment again, which is the best recommendation one can give.

We just returned from Sao Miguel and the apartment was perfect! It's clean and had everything that we needed in the well supplied modern kitchen. The location is great. It's walking distance to restaurants, the mall (Parque Atlantico), to the airport and to the highway (via rapida). This is especially helpful if you don't want to rent a car, it's walking distance to the bus to all of the major cities and towns. The owner is attentive and explained things in details and ensured the apartment had lots of brochures for us to see and decide on activities. This is especially helpful for those who have never been to the island before. We are so pleased that we already recommended the apartment to friends and look forward to staying there again when we return in the near future.

We have just come back from a great holiday in the Azores staying at this apartment. The apartment lived up to all our expectations and was clean, well appointed and fully equipped to meet all our needs. Its location is ideal - above a supermarket for all your needs and 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Carmo was there to meet us on arrival and was very helpful and available throughout our stay should we have needed her. Well recommended and we would certainly use the apartment again.

Really clean apartment, very close to the airport (flights are not frequent enough for noise to be a problem though).
Much more spacious than we expected and provided an excellent base for exploring the island. 10 minute walk to the town and has a supermarket just downstairs which was very convenient!
The owners were very helpful and have provided a number of guides on exploring the islands. Would definitely recommend.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, luminoso, confortevole e completo di tutto (lenzuola, asciugamani, televisore, asciugagapelli, prodotti igienici, microonde, pentole, posate, tazze, bicchieri).
Ha la vista sul mare e c'è un supermercato proprio sotto. L'unica nota negativa è che si trova un po' fuori dal paese, per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono almeno 20 minuti a piedi, ma la distanza era comunque segnalata sull'annuncio.
I proprietari sono molto cortesi e disponibili, hanno più volte verificato durante il nostro soggionro che tutto fosse ok.
