A fully renovated and equipped building in a safe and quiet area, ready to receive demanding and selective visitors, seeking an attentive reception, an experience in an intimate setting, a mixture of warm and relaxed, with a beautiful view of the Douro river, close to some of the must-see places, such as Port Wine Museum, Electric Car Museum and Alfândega (Porto Congress Centre).

if you walk the marginal road towards the center of the city you have the church of s. Francisco (18 minutes walk), the ribeira, stock exchange palace (palácio da bolsa), institute of port wine and ferreira borges market. If you choose to follow the opposite direction, there is foz of douro and beaches, where you can can do lots of water sports. Walking up the street of restauração, you can explore the gardens of palácio de cristal (10 minutes walk), clérigos tower, lello bookshop, portuguese photography center and end up in the bars area, galerias de paris.

Getting around
