The kitchen is very well equipped, with all useful utensils, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine for dishes, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron, ironing board and a hanger for clothes.

Both balconies are equipped with outside furniture and the apartment offers internet, WIFI service and a TV with cable channels.
