Located in a prime spot just outside the centre of Cascais, between the stunning Costa da Guia and Quinta da Marinha areas, this exclusive high-end villa offers unparalleled outdoor areas and privacy.
Imagine yourself relaxing by the beautiful pool, enjoying a barbecue in the garden, and just a short distance from everything!

We are delighted to announce that a brand-new bungalow in the garden is now available to book as an extra for two guests. (5h bedroom). This bungalow features a bathroom and kitchenette, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Entering the fully gated 2200 square metre private grounds from the North, guests are led to the entrance hall of the villa, unaware of the extensive gardens on the South side of the estate.

The entrance hall connects to three distinct wings of the villa: the living areas on the right side, and two bedroom wings on the left side. The living areas have an open plan layout, with separate living and dining rooms. Both rooms open onto the garden via all glass doors, and two outdoor dining/lounging areas: a formal one covered by a porch, the second standing sunny overlooking the swimming pool.
At the back of the house, the large family kitchen is fully equipped, and has its own breakfast bar.

Just off the entrance hall, the first bedroom wing was renovated in 2016, and features the extra large master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. A second bedroom and bathroom are also located in this wing. Both bedrooms have double beds.
The second bedroom wing has two en-suite bedrooms: one bedroom with twin beds, and the other with double bed and its own private access to the garden.

Guests will be delighted with the large private gardens, the outdoor lounging areas, and the amazing 12x5 metres private swimming pool, with its electric security cover, ideal for small children.

Close to downtown Cascais and all its amenities, the villa is situated in the very sought after Guia residential area in Cascais, a short walk from Casa da Guia and its magnificent cliff-top restaurants.

The charming, historic town centre of Cascais is at a distance of 2 minutes by car. There is plenty to visit such as restaurants, nightlife, cultural events, cinemas with films in English and shopping.
This property is ideally situated for those wanting to take a break with plenty to do but without having to rent a car.

Guincho Beach
Hip and famous Guincho Beach, world renowned for its natural beauty and surfing, is a quick 5 minute drive away, along a spectacular scenic road, where once drove the world’s most popular spy. You can go there by car, walking or cycling through a promenade created for this purpose willfully, it is a very pleasant ride of 20 minutes. This is a perfect beach for water sports such as surf, kitesurf and windsurf.

Cascais local Beaches
There is a long stretch of beaches in Cascais, each with its individual character and charm. Most beaches provide amenities such as sunbeds and parasols, and there are numerous restaurants and cafés on the adjacent promenade “Paredao”.
