Apartamento para alugar em Madrid

(El texto en español sigue) We stayed at the apartment for a month. It is very well equipped and comfortable, and nothing was missing. The terrace gives a lot of light and pleasure; we enjoyed the beautiful sun and the bright blue sky of Madrid. The place is quiet, a few steps from the train station (Cercanías) Puente de Alcocer and two supermarkets. The train takes us, in ten minutes, to the Atocha station and the beautiful Paseo del Prado and the important museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen-Bornemizsa and with another five minutes by train we arrive at the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. The apartment is exactly as advertised and we would return at any time. Elena is a very kind and friendly host and helped us make our trip a good experience, before and during our trip. We would definitely recommend it. Nos quedamos en el ático por un mes. Está muy bien equipado y cómodissimo, y no le faltaba nada. La terraza da mucha luz y placer, disfrutamos el hermoso sol y el brillante cielo azul de Madrid. El lugar es tranquilo, a unos pasos de la estación de tren (cercanías) Puente de Alcocer y dos supermercados. El tren nos lleva, en diez minutos, a la estacíon Atocha y al hermoso Paseo del Prado y los museos importantes: Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen-Bornemizsa y con otros cinco minutos en tren llegamos a la Puerta del Sol y la Plaza Mayor. El apartamento está exactamente como se anuncia y volveríamos en cualquier momento. Elena es una hopedadora muy amable y amigable y nos ayudó a hacer de nuestro viaje una buena experiencia, antes y durante nuestro viaje. Para recomendar!

This is an apartment that's easy to feel at home in. The five rooms are spacious and comfortable, the furnishings are high-quality, The wifi is fast and reliable, the kitchen is nicely equipped and each room has access to the beautiful 70 square meter surrounding terrace for plenty of outdoor living or evening conversation or morning breakfast... sunbathing or to relax in any way you like. It's a peaceful and private penthouse (floor 5, with lift). I have stayed 4 times here and I'm booked now for my 5th visit. Every time I stay I enjoy it more as I get to know the neighborhood and the shops and services better. Here I have a very relaxing and peaceful way to enjoy visiting Madrid and with the commuter train station just across the street I can be in the heart of central Madrid (Atocha) in just 5 stops (10 minutes). Parking is easy and free on the street if you have a car and there are 2 excellent super markets no more than a 5 minute walk. It all couldn't be more perfect for me. But my last comment is about the owner, Elena. She cares about doing a good job to provide guests a complete home away from home and she has really put together a comfortable place that has nearly everything you'll need for your stay. She's friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with and I am happy that her apartment is available to me when I visit Madrid and I will keep returning.

He pasado unos días con mi familia en Madrid y nos hemos alojado en este precioso apartamento/atico. Está equipado con todo lo que se puede necesitar y muy limpio. Zona tranquila y nada más cruzar la calle está la estación de cercanías que en menos de un cuarto de hora de deja en el centro. Destacar la atención de Elena, la propietaria en todos los aspectos. Muy recomendable.
